Monitoring
- 24/7/365 professional monitoring to ensure complete protection for you and your family.

Maintenance
- Unlimited standard service calls during normal business hours (Monday – Friday).
- Full warranty on system parts with free replacement where required.
- Battery replacement included (T&Cs apply).
- Alarm activates at your home or business.
- Signal is transmitted immediately to the Action24 Alarm Receiving Centre.
- Trained monitoring personnel contact you to verify whether the alarm is genuine or false.
- If no answer or an incorrect verification word is given → Action24 contacts keyholders and/or emergency services.
- If the correct verification word is given → The alarm is cancelled.
- Action24 contacts the relevant keyholders or emergency services when required.
- The average security system on a 3 bedroom house for example would take 2 to 3 hours.
- Our engineer will fit the decoy Bell Box, internal contact and motion sensors and the Touchscreen Control Panel.
- You will be shown how to use the Control Panel with the App.
- Additional devices like WiFi cameras require sufficient broadband and could take more time to install.
